    "History of our founding"

    In 1872, the Meiji government, which was promoting Westernization, began encouraging the consumption of meat.

    The founder, Ichiro, was shocked by the deliciousness of Omi beef when he first encountered it.

    I founded a beef stew restaurant because I wanted to share Omi beef with as many people as possible.

    The store was completely burned down due to the fire caused by the Great Kanto Earthquake,

    The third generation owner, Saburo, rebuilt the store and reopened it for business.

    Since then, we have preserved the traditional taste from the time of our founding to the present day.

    First-class cuisine is complemented by first-class customer service.

    These words were spoken by our founder, Ichiro, and have served as the foundation for our store.

    The final seasoning, customer service, can make a dish delicious or not.

    Our store has remained unchanged since those days, aiming to be a store that is loved by our customers.

    We aim to provide dining that brings a smile to our customers' faces.
